Description
Wright’s Ruth Bader Ginsburg (1933-2020). She was the second female US Supreme Court Justice and became a pop icon.
Wright has been in prison for about 20 years. Wright says, “I’m a kind hearted compassionate person once someone gets to know me. I believe in the power of love. I like to make others happy, which is why I do art. I love the look on someone’s face when I present them with a piece of art they’ve requested.”
Wright’s “RBG” is a classic pose with her hair pulled away from her face, traditional lace collar and large framed glasses as she gently crosses her hands on the corner of a chair. The piece is completed in pencil and on a plain piece of 8.5″ x 11″ paper.
