Artisan has been imprisoned since 1978.
“It is in abstracts that I’m able to express myself the most. I like Mondrian mostly, as I do Miles Davis and Mozart chamber pieces. Art keeps me sane. Keeps me from going crazy. Helps me deal with depression, stress, tension, anxiety, loneliness.” He works in ink, pastels, graphite crayon, caron paper and marker on paper and Manila envelopes.
The print is approximately 12″ x 18″.
This is a contemporary piece with bright yellows, green and red.
